Introduction: The Copeland Stream CO₂ series (4MTL*) consists of 4-cylinder semi-hermetic compressors designed specifically for R744 (CO₂) transcritical applications. The 4MTL-40 model delivers high capacity with an electric motor size of 40 hp, providing efficient performance for industrial refrigeration systems. These compressors are factory-equipped with shut-off valves suitable for welding and brazing and come standard with POE oil.
