Our History:
Ralco Europa was founded in 2004 in Barcelona (Spain) with the aim of developing the aftermarket spare parts sector for refrigerating compressors. Prior to that, since 1986, we have supplied other HVAC items to the Spanish market, such as shell and tube heat exchangers, brazed plate heat exchangers, cooling towers and their accessories (fills and drift eliminators), and reciprocating compressors.
Slowly, we started to swiftly focus on spare parts for refrigeration compressors, first of the Refcomp compressors we were selling and later on for the main brands in the air conditioning market, such as Copeland, Carrier, and Bitzer compressors. Eventually, we expanded our range to include spare parts for industrial refrigeration compressors, such as Sabroe, Grasso, Gram, or Mycom.
In more recent years, we have included spare parts not only for reciprocating compressors but also for screw compressors. As more innovations undoubtedly appear in the future, Ralco Europa is well poised to cater to our clients with their evolving needs.
Since 2005, we have present in every edition of Chillventa, the most important exhibition in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector in Europe. Our Clients:
We are dedicated to providing solutions wherever they are needed. Our more than 300 yearly clients come primarily from the Spanish and European markets, but we also serve clients from all over the world. We currently have clients in more than 60 countries, and fulfill more than 1100 orders per year (that is an average of 4.4 orders per working day!).

Our Facilities:
Our company has been located in Barcelona, Spain, since its foundation. We currently have a 300 m2 warehouse and a 40 m2 office where we manage our operations. Although we are a small company, we have a substantial stock of spare parts to cater to our clients' needs as quickly as possible. To store our large stock of thousands of items, we have about 100 m shelves for small items, 25 m for pallets, and 70 m2 of walls for gaskets and o-rings.
Our normal office hours are from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, although we are not open on some Friday afternoons. We do not work on weekends or public holidays corresponding to the city of Barcelona, you can check them here.
